Returns & Exchange Policy
TRAX Art Studios Item Returns:
Our Return Policy lasts 30 days on items purchased directly from TRAX Art Studios. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
Orders fulfilled by Amazon should be addressed through your Amazon account for instructions on Returns and Exchanges (see Third Party Orders at the end of this page).

To complete your return of items ordered directly from and delivered by TRAX Art Studios, you must contact us to verify your order and receive Approved Return instructions. You may email us on Info@TRAXArtStudios or call us on 954-368-2294. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, artist, or to TRAX Art Studios before contacting us.
Notice of Receipt of Approved Returns for TRAX Art Studios Products:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Items purchased with a discount coupon or that were on sale at the time of purchase will be refunded based upon the final price paid on the original purchase invoice.
Based upon the portion of your refund that is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of our receipt of the merchandise.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
It may take some time before your refund reappears in your bank account or on your credit card statement. If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days of our acknowledgement of receipt of your returned merchandise, please contact us at Info@TRAXArtStudios.com or call us at 954-368-2294.
TRAX Art Studios Item Exchanges (if applicable):
To complete your exchange of items ordered directly from and delivered by TRAX Art Studios, you must contact us to verify your order and receive Approved Exchange instructions. You may email us on Info@TRAXArtStudios or call us on 954-368-2294. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, artist, or to TRAX Art Studios before contacting us.
Notice of Receipt of Approved Exchanges for TRAX Art Studios Products:
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. All items for exchange must arrive in re-salable condition. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request after inspection of the return package.
Exchange items, where the original shipped item is received back in re-salable condition, will ship back out to you within 5 business days of inspection and approval and an acknowledgement of shipment will be sent to you.
Original artwork and artwork reproductions may only be returned for exchange credit; we will issue you a store credit or gift card upon return of the artworks.
Late or Missing Exchanges (if applicable):
It may take some time before your exchange package arrives; if you haven’t received it within 10 days of our acknowledgement of shipment, please contact us at Info@TRAXArtStudios.com or call us at 954-368-2294 so that we may track the package.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received (following the Returns instructions above) a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, then the refund must be requested through and refunded to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item for return or exchange.
Third Party Orders:
If your order was initiated through the TRAX Art Studios, Inc, Shopify gateway, but placed and completed on a third party system (for instance Amazon.com or its affiliated sellers), then any returns will be governed by the third-party Return Policy or Exchange Policy and the return or exchange of items to/from those fulfillment companies will not be the responsibility of TRAX Art Studios, Inc.
